With our relatively small size, we are responsive to the needs of our clients while maintaining a low overhead compared to larger firms and offer very reasonable rates for our services. We know our clients are our greatest assets and we are committed to customer service. 

Omnis Incorporated, a California Corporation, was formed in 2003 to serve primarily public agencies specializing in Civil Engineering Design, Pavement Management Systems, Graphic Information Systems, and Infrastructure Asset Management. With our office located in the City of Pomona, our focus service area is the inland empire including Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and eastern Los Angeles County. We feel we are being hired to provide a service to complete a project; we are not being hired for just a set number of hours or time. We take pride in providing a product that is tailor made for a specific client by listening to their needs and finding solutions to any conflicts or obstacles.
